Baby Beach parking

Any idea how early one would need to arrive before the parking lot is full at baby beach?

Aloha,

I find that beach fills and empties all day long. Seems week days are lighter than weekends. During the week it is rare to get turned away, during the weekend it is frequent. My beach times is either first thing in the AM or @ 3PM and I have lucked out there all of the time.
